I have had the privilege of working with Tangible here at the Hampton and Ashley Inn for the last 2 years.
I find the team open to suggestions, creative in problem solving and solutions. I appreciate the open feedback and continually striving to meet the needs of the person and explore opportunities for growth in their job fulfilment.
I treasure this experience and am so grateful I am lucky enough to be a choice for Tangible here in the Vancouver WA area.
Thank you,
Angie Roush | Executive Director

Food And Beverage
Working with Daniel over the last few years has been a benefit for my entire staff. In the hospitality business we focus on taking care of the needs of others as well as taking care of ourselves. Daniel is a welcome addition to our team in that he brings a positive attitude to work every day and he does his best to interact with my staff and participate in relationships that are long lasting and brings others to a better understanding of how to care for one another.
I have staff who have met with Daniel outside of work to have lunch or have a coffee, not because they feel sorry for him, but because they admire his commitment to self-improvement and being purposeful wanting to encourage him and assist him in feeling part of the team, Daniel’s struggles at work often brings out an attitude of support and kindness from my staff, and encourages them to participate more fully in “teamwork!
Daniel may have a disability, but not in spirit! He is welcoming and always ready to chat with someone or tease someone into having a better day. Not only is it good for Daniel to develop relationships and a sense of purpose through working at Wildfin, but we all benefit from having Daniel working with us. Our world is a better place because Daniel is in it!

Retail
Working with Tangible has brought us many exceptional candidates for employment. The positions were tailored to improve business operations through specific scheduling and job assignments. Being able to rely on secondary and side work being maintained has improved the business and employee morale. We’ve experienced an improved freight and stocking of our coolers that has exceeded our expectations. With Tangible, we hired individuals with positive can-do attitudes who are eager to learn and reliable. Disability has been an attribute within our business operations.

I would like to commend to your attention to Tangible Systems.
Over the last several years we have had great success with employee placement from this company.
Depending on the nature of the job description and the applicant they oversee training and daily job
performance to ensure a good fit for the company and the employee.
The last individual we secured from Tangible Systems worked for us continuously and uninterrupted
for five years and only moved on to seek out an employment opportunity that offered greater advancement
choices.
Regards,

Manufacturing
We have partnered with Tangible for more than 16 years. During that time the entry level position in general clean-up have helped us keep current on the requirements and best practices for General Manufacturing Facilities. These positions had the potential for turnover many times over this period but working with Tangible ensured we always had attention and maintenance in this vital area of our business.
Having loyal and dependable employees is real important to any business. It supports the business very strongly.

Waste Management
Tangible Systems is an employment support organization for and with individuals with developmental disabilities focusing on helping people live full independent lives while becoming full contributing community members through the contribution and joy of work. We are proud to be a part Waste Connections in Clark County. In short, we support individuals with developmental disabilities in jobs offered by Waste Connections. A few examples of the work include building and maintaining the recycling and garbage bins, keeping roadways around the premises clear of debris that can damage vehicles, and generally working on maintenance of what needs to be completed in a given day. Along with Waste Connections, we work towards fostering normalized relationships with all our customers and the public. In turn, individuals with disabilities contribute to the work force, the economy and their communities.
